The operational scope involved crafting dedicated environmental designs and custom decor that reflect the visual identity and vision of the national team, constructing the main plenary stage with advanced theatrical sound and ambient lighting, deploying high-resolution LED screens for the specialized program, and managing strict VVIP state reception and crowd flow protocols.
