The mega official launch event for the landmark DAMAC Hills Baghdad project was delivered through full-scale spatial design, technical production, and event management for DAMAC Properties. Held at the prestigious and historic Grand Celebrations Square in Baghdad, the high-profile gala gathered an extraordinary turnout of over 1,200 elite guests, including senior government officials, real estate and investment industry leaders, and executive representatives from DAMAC. The operational and technical scope involved transforming the massive open-air institutional venue into a bespoke luxury pavilion, fabricating a monumental reveal stage integrated with massive interactive LED screens, deploying stadium-grade audio engineering, and programming sophisticated dramatic and architectural lighting. The project also included executing strict red-carpet arrival protocols, sovereign VVIP hospitality, and seamless crowd flow management for the high-volume attendance.
